Shoppers on Maxibuy come together to form teams to shop for a particular product. These teams can either be public or private. The public team starts with a shopper selecting the teambuy option for that product and then creating a public team. As soon as that is completed, others who want those products join the team. As a shopper, you can also share a link with your friends and family and they can select the number of items they require. When the minimum number of items required to complete the purchase is reached, the team is closed. Every team member pays only for the items they need and has them delivered individually. 

The private teambuy, on the other hand, is available to customers who don’t want to join a public group but want to shop and have items delivered to people they know. Once they’ve created the teambuy, this category of shoppers is required to pay for the team’s order before they can proceed. Alternatively, use the public teambuy option.
